Our Mascot

The major reason for having a mascot is - We want to instill that sense of belongingness students crave, and it makes them feel at home.

Why does our school have a mascot?

There's something about mascots that stir up powerful emotions. Kids usually identify the things they have in common with them. These tiny tots feel that they have a buddy even if they are a bit nervous about leaving their parents and coming to school. The major reason for having a mascot is - they create that sense of belongingness students crave, and it makes them feel at home.

Why have we chosen "LION" as our mascot?

"The righteous are bold as a lion." Lions epitomize Strength and Courage. The lion is gentle and loving but also fierce and powerful. Another reason we chose the lion is that in nature, lions are “the king of the jungle.” They have no predators. They are supreme. We want our students to personally experience the gentle and loving characteristics of the Lion as well as his power and greatness.
